Futures International Financial Management Recruitment	International Sales Force Automation, planning, rollout and deployment of a CRM solution (GoldMine) between Westport CT, New York, Chicago & London.
Matlaw's Food Products Food Product Manufacture	Ongoing analysis of business requirements and the ultimate selection of an internal system that managed the financial and the manufacturing side of their business. Heavy consulting in the manufacturing process of the bill of materials and just in time inventory requirements. Manu customizations were done to this system.
The Curtis Home & Children's Center A Non-Profit with and Elderly Program and a Children's Center.	Assisted the CEO in the complete revamping of all internal information systems and the infrastructure.
Mondera.com A Dot COM - Selling Jewelry on The Internet	Conceptualize & deploy a Global CRM solution that interacts with InterShop (an e-commerce package) for a DOT.COM in NYC . Required working with our team, a team in Bombay and a team in NYC.
Yale University Grants & Contracts Mgmt and Billing	Designed & developed a custom interface that allowed the Grants & Contracts Dept. to accept General Ledger data from the Data Warehouse for Bill Processing and Contract Management.
Bridges, Community Support Mental Health Facility	Y2K Remediation - review all internal systems in place (approx. 50 users) and develop & deploy a plan for getting all hardware and software compliant for Y2K. Lead our technical team as well as the client team.
